Realtor Spotlight Jason Gilliam

Jason Gilliam of Cove Realty knows a thing or two about real estate. After all, he bought his first home and rental property right after graduating high school.

“I’ve been selling, buying, renting, and rehabbing homes and businesses for a large portion of my life, so I know the ins and outs of virtually any real estate situation,” shares Gilliam. “If by some chance I don’t know the answer, I also work with a team of mortgage and real estate professionals who are second to none.”

Becoming an officially licensed agent in 2005, Gilliam’s experience and hometown advantage (Kenoshan, born and bred) put him at the TOP of the area’s best real estate agents. “As a Kenosha native and seasoned real estate professional, I value the trust my clients give me to help them make Kenosha their home,” states Gilliam. “I can’t think of a real estate transaction I haven’t closed.”

In addition to his passion for real estate, Gilliam’s love of his family, Wisconsin sports teams, and the outdoors keep him on the go. When he’s not helping his clients buy or sell their homes, he can enjoy hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, UTV rides, skiing, or golfing. He also loves to take day trips with his wife to visit their daughter in downtown Chicago.
