Realtor Spotlight: Kevin Poirier

Kevin Poirier liked his own home-buying experience with Cove Realty so much that it was the first company he thought of when he decided to become a Realtor. He appreciated how Mike Zacker made the buying process (which can often be extremely stressful and complicated) straightforward and simple.

Kevin brings multi-faceted experience and an in-depth knowledge of the Kenosha area to each transaction. He has been a Kenosha resident for 16 years and, despite being a native of France, considers himself vested in the community. “I have made a life here. I’ve made this my home.” Kevin enjoys all that Kenosha has to offer with his wife and stepson. His experience coming to the States as a teen-not knowing the language or the people-allows him to understand buyers who may be new to the area or even new to this country.

Kevin has 30 years’ experience in the newspaper industry-15 of them with the Kenosha News-and in photography, building valuable connections and community relationships along the way. This background gives him a knowledge of the area that few can match. He knows Kenosha’s neighborhoods, its residents, its hidden gems. Kevin has a particular affinity for the city of Kenosha and Downtown Kenosha. He is also active in the community, serving on the Boards of Kenosha Creative Space and the Kenosha Commission on the Arts.
